Doubletree By Hilton Dartford Bridge Hotel

The staff were genuinely welcoming and attentive, making the experience enjoyable, but the check-in process left much to be desired, with unexpected charges and a lack of communication. The room was comfortable, yet the amenities had room for improvement.

Well-kept rooms complete with complimentary water and a great cooked english breakfast, for example.

big & fairly clean hotel, its location is particularly good near abbey wood, bluewater shopping area, and intu lakeside. efficient and excellant stuff upon check in the member of staff, everything is nice....  

Lots of food for breakfast including cereals, pastries and fruit. The rooms were neat, large bedroom for a good sleep. It was adjacent to the bar staff where very good, lakeside and the communal areas,...  

The units are huge with comfortable bed.

The doubletree has lovely communal areas, and the staff were super friendly. We appreciated the nice bar and excellent breakfast, especially the bacon! It's great that they let us use the pool during adult-only hours, and there are...  

The staff were excellent: polite, professional and pleased to help.

The controls for the lights in the room were very difficult to understand. What's wrong with an on/off switch?

All the staff was efficient, settled my issues. Everything seemed perfect, clean.

Nice Place for a Quick Stay

The queen room was super clean and cozy, really enjoyed the in-room breakfast. Staff were great, especially Jakub at the restaurant. Just wish the sofa in the lounge area was in better shape. Would def come back for another short stay!

Check in takes quite a long time; WiFi did not work at first, because the last name was spelled wrong, invoice had to be written with correct name, although all data was available in the booking.

the hotel was out of the way no public transport from the hotel only cabs which was very expensive the bus stop was 10 minutes away and we found this out ourselves not from staff at the hotel the pool looked dirty and the area not very welcoming iv'e been to alot of hilton hotels and this was very poor hotel looks shabby it needs the refurb thought facilities would be much better

Very large selection of food and coffee.

The hotel did not have our booking and the room we received left a lot to be desired in terms of cleanliness.

The spacious room was nice, but the heating system was not effective.

Around the clock check-in and check-out. Friendly staff. Welcome cookie. Very good breakfast

Bathroom not up to date. Unfortunately only fixed shower head in the wall. Parking fee also for overnight guests

Location

Poor air conditionong. Bed small. Room tired. Buffet food was awful. If they sent in an Environmental health officer and they tested tempartures the buffet would have been closed down. It was a disgrace the food temp was not taken the entire 90 minutes we were there. Food had been there for hours. Price of drinks in the bar was rediculous.
